The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.The position is paid by clock hour.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guestsHonestly assess vehicles and document detailed recommendations of necessary repairs and manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.Address all guest concerns.Perform a wide range of automotive maintenance and repairs.Continuously build experience as an automotive technician across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesReview TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to guest needs.Politely and professionally communicate with teammates and guests regarding the vehicle.Communicate cause and correction for guest concerns regarding their vehicle.Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWheel and tire replacementsMaintain professionalism.Keep repair vehicle clean and presentableMaster MFG level diagnostic tools (MFG scantools and subscriptions provided by
